About Me!

I am a
stay-at-home mommy
of two super cute and sweet little girls. Although, we do not just stay at home, we go out on adventures in our backyard, explore parks, feast on books at our local library, pretend to be chefs, and spend WAY to much time at... Target (yikes, did I really just admit that?)
(Thanks Megan for taking our picture)

Sometimes, as much as I love being at home with them I feel like I might just be going
CRAZY!
With all of the fun parts that come with being a
stay-at-home mommy,
there are lots of jobs to do that just HAVE to be done.
After reading a friends blog one day I got inspired to start a new blog. There are days when I looks around my house and feel like a complete
loser!
Even though I have been home
ALL DAY
and busy non-stop, my house is a disaster; the sink is full of dishes, the laudry is piling up, and my girls are still awake even though it is past their bedtime.
If you are a mom I am
SURE
that you have had these days.
Sometimes when I am feeling the craziness of motherhood creeping up on me, I forget to take pleasure in the simple special moments that motherhood has to offer me.
Yes, sometimes being a mom is messy, and crazy but, it is always wonderful and beautiful at the same time.
As my daughter gets closer to the dreaded 'going to school' age I am realizing how short this precious time at home with them is.
My goal is to take one picture a week that shows the beauty of mommyhood squished inside of the craziness.
A picture is worth a thousand words, but I am taking a picture each week to describe just one!
